How often should I have Pest control carried out in my business?
This may vary, depending on the type of business you own. For example a take away store should ideally be treated on a regular basis. Frequency may vary though depending on the extent of any pest infestations, however once infestations have been located and eradicated, quarterly treatments would suffice. Restaurants and hotels are generally treated on a quarterly basis. We recommend that all motels have all rooms treated either on an annual or a six monthly basis.
What if I still have a problem with the treated pest after a treatment has been carried out?
Brett's Pest Control offer complete warranties on their Pest Management proposals, therefore if a problem arises in between our visits then we will return to amend the situation as soon as possible at no additional charge. Keeping with quarterly treatments ensures that you are covered by warranty for 12 months of the year
If I'm not onsite when the treatment is being carried out how can I be assured that the problem areas have been treated?
On request Brett's Pest Control can leave a ''Service Record Book"' on site. This book is for the customer to document any pest sightings, in addition to our highly qualified technician to sight and complete when he has carried out a treatment. It is recommended that all staff and cleaners have access to this book to complete. Therefore we will have further insight as to where pest are harbouring on your property and this will enable us to deliver an even more efficient treatment. In addition you will have an accurate record of all sightings and treatments that would highly satisfy any health department and/or Governing agency
Can you do the treatment out of business hours so you are not here when I have customers?
Most definitely! In fact we highly recommend that treatments be arranged for out of normal business hours. By appointment, we are available to do treatments before and after hours and also weekends. Generally most customers choose early mornings before they open. We can arrange to collect keys or meet on a day or time that is most suited for our clients
Are the products you use environmentally friendly and safe?
Brett's Pest Control ONLY use low-odour registered products on our treatments that are extremely environmentally friendly. On request we are more than happy to supply you with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) on all the products on your premises.
How am I going to remember to call when our treatment is due?
You don't have to, we will call you. Once a proposal is agreed on, we will contact you prior to each visit being due to arrange a suitable appointment. Therefore, Pest control will be an aspect of your business that you will no longer have to worry about.
